Steve and Cynthia Haynes, owners of Nor'West Newspapers in Kansas, operate two daily and three weekly papers that have found success in creating niche special sections. They will be taking a look at two of their most recent and profitable programs, a Fall Hunting Guide and Spring Hospital Section, to walk you through the process from idea creation to distribution.
